* 1 tsp baking powder
* 1 tsp baking soda
* 1/2 tsp salt
* 1.25 cups sour cream or yogurt
* 1 tsp vanilla
* 4 tbsp (1/2 stick) unsalted butter
* 1 cup sugar
* 2 large eggs

* Whisk together the flour, baking powder/soda, salt
* In another bowl, combine the yogurt and vanilla and set aside
* In a large bowl, beat the butter and sugar on high speed until lightened in color and texture, 3-4 min
* Beat in the eggs 1 at a time
* Add the flour mixture in 3 parts, alternating with the sour cream mixture in 2 parts
* Scrape the sides of the bowl as necessary
* Scrape batter into a pan and spread evenly
* Sprinkle top with streussel
* Bake until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean, 25-30 minutes
