This template uses the {{Flag}} template to create a navbox for January 2016, as an example for Zettelkasten/Patterns.
The monthly template is covered on the Zettelkasten/Patterns/Monthly Template Pattern page.
It is mainly for use in Daily Pages, like the example one at 20160101 - also see Zettelkasten/Patterns/Daily Page Pattern.
