Sundials

Sundials is a C library of nonlinear and differential equation solvers. It was created and is maintained by a group at Lawrence Livermore National Lab.

Installation

Configuration

Sundials is a straightforward library to install. You can use the following configure line:

#!/bin/sh
# 
# run configure
# make
# make install

./configure \
  --prefix=/path/to/sundials

Then do the usual make/make install.

Sundials with GPU

On the Sundials mailing list (March 3, subject "GPU"), Yu Shi sent out a link to a library combining Sundials with Magma. Magma is a GPU linear algebra library:
