Ingredients
- 2.5 lbs pork tenderloin
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 3 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tsp dijon mustard
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1.5 tsp lemon zest
- 1 tsbsp parsely leaves
- 1 tbsp thyme leaves
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1.5 tsp minced garlic
Directions
- Place pork loin in a gallon size bag
- Whisk together the olive oil, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, lemon zest, parsley, thyme, salt, pepper and garlic in a bowl
- Pour marinade over meat
- Let marinate for at least 1 hour, up to 8 hours
- Grill, broil, or saute pork over medium high heat or until thermometer registers 145 F (about 15 min)
- Let meat rest for 5 min, then slice and serve
