Ingredients

  • 2.5 lbs pork tenderloin
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 3 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tsp dijon mustard
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1.5 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 tsbsp parsely leaves
  • 1 tbsp thyme leaves
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1.5 tsp minced garlic

Directions

  • Place pork loin in a gallon size bag
  • Whisk together the olive oil, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, lemon zest, parsley, thyme, salt, pepper and garlic in a bowl
  • Pour marinade over meat
  • Let marinate for at least 1 hour, up to 8 hours
  • Grill, broil, or saute pork over medium high heat or until thermometer registers 145 F (about 15 min)
  • Let meat rest for 5 min, then slice and serve
