"Agile poker" idea - everyone has a hand of cards with different value rankings on them (0, 1/2, 1, 2 ,3, 4, 5, infty, etc.)

Going through each component of the "story" or the project timeline, each team member will decide on a card or ranking that fits that part of the story. On the count of three, everyone shows their cards, and a discussion ensues.
