Recipes/Teriyaki Chicken

Ingredients
- 2 lb chicken thighs, trimmed
- teriyaki sauce
- olive oil
- 4-6 cloves garlic
- 2-3 slices ginger
Directions
- Marinate chicken in teriyaki sauce/glaze for 20 minutes
- Add 2 tablespoons olive oil and runoff from teriyaki marinade to insta pot and set to saute
- add garlic and ginger to the insta pot
- sautee for 3-5 minutes or until golden
- lay chicken into insta pot, skin-side up
- set insta pot to pressure cook, high, 8-10 minutes
- preheat oven to 450 degrees
- when chicken is finished, lay out on foil and place in oven
- cook for 5-8 minutes in oven
- if needed, add cornstarch to thicken remaining teriyaki sauce
- remove chicken from oven, cut into slices
- drizzle remaining teriyaki sauce on top of sliced chicken
