Ingredients

  • 2 lb chicken thighs, trimmed
  • teriyaki sauce
  • olive oil
  • 4-6 cloves garlic
  • 2-3 slices ginger

Directions

  • Marinate chicken in teriyaki sauce/glaze for 20 minutes
  • Add 2 tablespoons olive oil and runoff from teriyaki marinade to insta pot and set to saute
  • add garlic and ginger to the insta pot
  • sautee for 3-5 minutes or until golden
  • lay chicken into insta pot, skin-side up
  • set insta pot to pressure cook, high, 8-10 minutes


  • preheat oven to 450 degrees
  • when chicken is finished, lay out on foil and place in oven
  • cook for 5-8 minutes in oven


  • if needed, add cornstarch to thicken remaining teriyaki sauce
  • remove chicken from oven, cut into slices
  • drizzle remaining teriyaki sauce on top of sliced chicken
