Directions

  • Rinse and pat dry steak
  • Rub entire surface with salt and pepper
  • Place on broiler pan
  • Cook first side 6-8 min
  • Cook second side 4-6 min
  • Color should be slightly less done than desired
  • Cook 1 min each side for medium
  • Remove from broiler and let stand loosely covered for 5 min
  • Cut steak off bone and into thick slices
  • Serve slices of each section, topped with sauce
  • Add juice of 1 lemon
