Recipes/Chimichurri Steak

Ingredients
- 1 beef T-bone or Porterhouse steak
- Recipes/Chimichurri
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tssp black pepper
Directions
- Rinse and pat dry steak
- Rub entire surface with salt and pepper
- Place on broiler pan
- Cook first side 6-8 min
- Cook second side 4-6 min
- Color should be slightly less done than desired
- Cook 1 min each side for medium
- Remove from broiler and let stand loosely covered for 5 min
- Cut steak off bone and into thick slices
- Serve slices of each section, topped with sauce
- Add juice of 1 lemon
